Gary is Britain's top wildlife pencil artist. He was born in Surrey and has been passionate about animals since early childhood. In his 16 year professional career he has won many prestigious art awards including 'Best Selling Artist of the Year' in both 1996 and 1997.

His drawings and prints have raised well in excess of half a million pounds for various wildlife charities including The Environmental Investigation Agency, Born Free Foundation, Greenpeace, WWF and DSWF.

Gary has published well over 110 limited edition prints with all of them having sold out. On the secondary market his prints can command prices of up to an incredible £3,200.

His art has attracted many thousands of admirers including Virginia McKenna, Martina Navratilova, Jenny Seagrove, Pam St. Clement, Sally Gunnell, Kiki Dee, Michaela Strachan and Rula Lenska.

Three documentaries have been produced about Gary's art.

The pieces entered for this exhibition are very special to Gary and are two of only a handful of his very favourite drawings.
